After over 20 years of dedicated service our sexton, Jolene Farmer, has decided to retire. During her career at the cemetery, Jolene served as secretary, and for the better portion of that time, as sexton. Truly, there is not a job here that Jolene hasn’t done. We appreciate the many years of valued service Jolene has provided. Her service and dedication to making the cemetery a beautiful resting place will always be remembered.
In addition to Jolene’s retirement, our longest serving board member, Duane Jensen, has also retired from his position. Duane has long served as board chairman. In addition to his clerical duties as chairman, Duane was always willing to lend a hand and assist with burials and other tasks at the cemetery. His service to the community and cemetery will long be appreciated.
We wish Jolene & Duane well in their future endeavors.
